Return Policy (Canada Only)

Wheatland Distributors (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates exclusively within Canada.
We do not sell, ship, or accept returns from outside of Canada. As a result, international consumer protection laws—including EU withdrawal rights—do not apply to our business.


Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

  • It must be unused, unworn, and include all original packaging and tags.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

We will provide a return shipping label and instructions once your request is accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, etc

  • Items listed and/or sold under promotional or sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

For the fastest service, return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of your refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing typically occurs within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

International Orders

Wheatland Distributors/Mont Alpi Canada does not:

  • Sell internationally

  • Ship internationally

  • Accept international returns

Accordingly, international consumer protection rules—including EU 14-day withdrawal rights—do not apply to our products.
